Refund Process

Once we receive and approve the returned item, we will issue a refund (excluding shipping fees and discounts) within 3–5 business days via the original payment method. If the item does not meet return conditions, we will notify you with the reason for rejection.

How to Return Products

  2. By Mail: Follow the instructions provided in the package.

Return Labels

  1. Defective Products: A return label will be provided to download and print.
  2. Customer Remorse: Return label is included in the original package.

Refund and Exchange Policy

All products are made-to-order and are non-returnable unless defective. If defective, we will replace the item with an identical product of the same size. Washed items are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We will offer a refund or replacement for items that are faulty, incorrectly described, or different from what was shown. A prepaid return label will be provided if needed. Defects include unstitched seams or holes present before washing.

Late or Missing Refunds

Clearance & Final Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable unless defective.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped to you, you’ll receive store credit. If not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping Policy Notes

We ship to the address provided via PayPal. Please ensure all shipping information is correct. Returned orders may require reshipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Delivery times vary by location and delays do not qualify for refunds.
